Tonight, the School Board recognized CCHS graduate Theresa Breckley for being the 2024 VHSL Class 3 Spring Track State Champion for Discus and Shot Put. Theresa will continue her academic and athletic career at the University of Virginia this fall! Congratulations!
Tonight, the School Board recognized Eastern View High School graduate Tamirra Young for earning Second Team on the 2024 VHSL Class 4 All-State Girls Soccer. Tamirra is playing soccer at Radford University so her parents accepted the award for her. Congratulations Tamirra!
Tonight, the School Board recognized CCHS student athletes Kalib Murray for placing 3rd in the long jump and Lawrence Lasasso for placing 3rd in high jump at the 2024 All State VHSL Class 3 Spring Track meet. Congratulations!

Our bus drivers have been out practicing their routes today getting ready for a great start to the 24-25 school year.
Families should expect to receive their bus information via text message on August 1, 2024. Routes will also be posted to the CCPS transportation website.
All Enrollment functions are now up and running. You may submit Returning Student Registrations and New Student Enrollments for the 2024-2025 school Year at this time.
Due to Network issues, PowerSchool Enrollment and Returning Student Registration is currently unavailable. We will post again once service is restored.
Parents/Guardians of students who were enrolled in Culpeper County Public Schools for the 2023-2024 school year should have received an email earlier today to complete a registration update for the 2024-2025 school year. This registration update for “returning students” is required in order for students to start school on August 7th.
If you completed a "New School Enrollment" for 2024-2025, you do not need to complete "Returning Student Registration."
It is extremely important that families log in to their parent portal account and complete the “returning student” registration for each child in school. This is an opportunity to review and update any changes to your address, phone numbers, email, health information, emergency contacts, and transportation plan for the new school year.
For issues logging in to Parent Portal or to request paper registration forms, families should contact their child’s school.
