
In a recent SEL lesson, students learned where and how physical signals appear in the body. Students were asked to select any emotion they've experienced and describe what physical clues indicate they are having that emotion. Check out what they came up with! #AltEd #WatchMeRise

The theme for the Groundworks Project this week was resilience! Students learned that setbacks are to be expected in life and the workplace; however, determination and communication are the keys to growth. Plus, they had a great time learning archery and yoga! #AltEd #WatchMeRise
