Daily Transportation Information:

The MVGS Bus will pick up at CCHS at 6:30 am and then arrive at EVHS at 6:40 am

Bus 6 will leave MVGS at 10:50 and return to CCHS by 11:30

Bus 131 will leave MVGS at 10:50 and return to EVHS by 11:30

Transportation on days in which MVGS is in session but CCPS is not per our calendar:

A normal schedule will be followed.

Pick up at CC at 6:30 am and EV at 6:40 am

Parents should be at the base school to pick up their child at 11:20am as CCPS schools are not in session. Parents may also pick up students at MVGS at 10:50 am.

Transportation on days in which CCPS is in session but MVGS is not per calendar or inclement weather:

Students may ride the same bus in the morning that they do in the afternoons. Please contact the transportation office at 540-937-7361 or check the bus routes online if you have questions regarding your child’s a.m. bus route.

The base schools are prepared for MVGS students for 1st and 2nd blocks on these days. 

Transportation on days in which CCPS is closed for inclement weather:

CCPS will not provide transportation to MVGS if our school division is closed for inclement weather. If MVGS is in session and CCPS is closed for inclement weather, it will be a remote learning day for CCPS students. 

Transportation on days in which CCPS or MVGS have a 2 hour delayed start:

The bus will pick up at CC at 8:30 a.m. and EV at 8:40 a.m.

If CCPS is not delayed but MVGS is, students can ride their regular bus to school and then leave the base school at 8:30/8:40 a.m.

Buses will return students to their base schools as normal.
