Parent Drop Off and Pick up Traffic Pattern For CCHS and CMS
Please be mindful of the traffic pattern for our campus. This traffic pattern will be followed in the mornings until 7:45 and in the afternoons from 1:50 pm until traffic has dissipated.
The STOP signs located on the map are areas where the roads will be blocked. Please make sure you enter and exit using the correct road or you may get stuck waiting in traffic at the other school’s pick up area.
Culpeper Middle School
All drop off and pick up traffic for Culpeper Middle School should enter and exit via North Ridge Blvd. See purple arrows on map.
Culpeper County High School
All high school traffic should come in from route 229 (the traffic light) along Achievement Drive and should exit toward route 229, turning left out of the lot. See blue arrows on map. Please help us reduce the line sitting on Achievement Drive by entering the parking lot prior to dismissal. If there is an empty parking spot, you may use it to wait for your student to exit (this is only to be done for afternoon pick up).
What if I have students at both schools?
You can drop them at the high school and they will walk along the sidewalk crossing to the middle school at the crosswalks in front of the Annex.
Bus Loop
Traffic entering and exiting campus on Success Drive is reserved for school buses, students at Phoenix, and visitors only.
It's Meet the Teacher Day!
All schools will be open from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. TODAY, Monday, August 5, for parents and students to meet with teachers and obtain information about the school year.
