Students in Ms. Jenkins 2nd grade class learned standard units of measure in a lesson called "If the Shoe Fits." They made a "measuring stick," aka a ruler, and measured their shoe just like Albert and Wonder did in the story. (Look for more opportunities to measure at home!!)
