Mr. Toler has 32 years of experience in public education, the last 16 as Assistant Principal at CCHS. Prior to coming to Culpeper, he taught Special Education, Alternative Education, and Health and P.E. in Fairfax and Prince William Counties. He was also an Assistant Principal in Prince William County. He holds a Virginia license in the areas of Health Education, Physical Education & Administration and Supervision PreK-12.
Mr. Toler earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from George Mason University, a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University and his Education Leadership Endorsement from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Mr. Toler and his wife Heather have eight children and 10 grandchildren. He is a member of Sovereign Grace Baptist Church in Dale City, VA. He enjoys camping with his family at Assateague Island, MD and working on projects with his wife and children.
